Supervision & Consultation
Specialist Supervision from a Psychoanalytic Perspective
Whether you’re a trainee just beginning your clinical journey, an experienced practitioner navigating complex therapeutic work, or part of a multidisciplinary team seeking reflective support, supervision can offer a vital space for insight, growth, and containment. My approach to supervision is grounded in psychoanalytic thinking, shaped by over a decade of experience within both NHS services and independent practice. I offer a thoughtful, contained environment where professionals can explore the emotional impact of their work, think deeply about clinical process and relational dynamics, and develop greater confidence and clarity in their roles.

Who I Work With
I offer individual and group supervision to:
Trainee and qualified Child Psychotherapists
Allied health professionals, including those in CAMHS, perinatal services, social care, and education
Professionals seeking reflective spaces grounded in psychoanalytic thinking
I currently supervise groups for Tavistock Relationships’ National Centre for the Supervision of Parent-Infant Relationships, a national programme focused on strengthening early relationships between infants and their caregivers.

Why Psychoanalytic Supervision?
Psychoanalytic supervision creates space to explore unconscious dynamics in the work, the therapeutic relationship, and the broader professional context. It supports deeper insight, ethical thinking, and emotional resilience.
